Our showroom is now open.
Customer and staff safety are important to us, the government’s social distancing and Covid 19 guidelines are being applied in our showroom to protect everyone’s wellbeing.
To help us manage social distancing in our showroom, we recommend that you book an appointment before visiting a store, but you are welcome to just drop in if you prefer. However, to keep you safe, we are only allowing 1 customer at a time to enter showroom – There is hand sanitiser available on entering/exiting the showroom and the showroom is regularly sanitised.
When entering your homes/premises to measure or fit flooring we are able to adhere to social distancing. Before any appointment, we will call ahead and confirm that both parties, and any members of the household are well, that social distancing is possible and that both parties are comfortable to go ahead. You may be asked to vacate the room where the floor is being fitted/measured, to open any internal doors along the journey and open windows where possible. Our fitting team will have hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes and will wear the appropriate PPE when social distancing is not possible during the appointment.
